TELL ME IF THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR...

You've spent years and real money collecting tools that work for a week... and then don't.

You've read the books and done the seminars.

(You practically have a Self-Help PhD by now.)

What's missing isn't knowledge. It's a progressive sequence that puts everything together so each step builds on the last. Not too much, not overwhelming, but still moving you forward. Because doing random things at random times gets random results.

"I think the information is so incredibly helpful and a viewpoint that I have never been able to conceptualize, let alone implement within myself or with clients."
Lauren DeCicco Doctor of Physical Therapy
THE DIFFERENCE

Random tools vs. sequence & self-tracking.

The anxious, symptom-chasing before state

The old way · Random tools

  • Buy the next hack.
  • Feel better for a week.
  • Blame yourself when it stops.
  • Search again at 2am.
The calm, sequence-and-tracking after state

The new way · sequence + self-tracking

  • Follow the sequence.
  • Track what your body is actually doing.
  • Let data (not guesswork) guide your path forward.
  • Stop the frantic searching for good.
A calm, tactile scene grounding the 7-day course

In this free 7-day course, you'll learn:

One short email a day. Zero overwhelm.

DAY1

The research trap

Why more information hasn't fixed this, and what actually will.

DAY2

Read the signals your body's already sending

They're not noise. They're data you've been trained to ignore.

DAY3

The sequence: why order matters more than intensity

Doing the right things in the wrong order is why nothing sticks.

DAY4

The wild horse that lives inside you

Why you can't talk your body into safety.

DAY5

Practice from a centered place

Let data decide where to focus, not your 2 a.m. Google search.

DAY6

Being present in your own life

Instead of watching it from a distance, waiting to feel okay.

DAY7

Feel at home in your body (maybe for the first time)

Stop reacting. Start living. (a.k.a. the whole point of this work)

Someone moving through a grounded stretch at home, present in her body
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Breathe Easy.

Imagine following a simple daily routine that leaves you feeling connected to your own body for the first time in years. You're relaxed, calm, and joyful instead of desperately trying random hacks that only give you temporary relief.

A clear sequence paired with a simple way to track what's working build grounded presence so you finally feel safe, secure, and present. No more research required.

"I really needed help and felt as though I had tried everything within my power to flip the script. The amount of relief and optimism this has brought to my life is a game changer. I feel truly grounded for the first time."

About

Sukie Baxter

Somatic Educator. Writer. Human.

People find me after they've done All The Things™ and collected every anxiety hack on the internet but still don't feel any better.

Usually all they need is a consistent daily routine, the right order to do things in, and a structured way to track what's actually working.

That's what I teach. I have twenty years of somatic practice, fifteen of them in a clinical setting putting my hands on people and feeling stress patterns in their bodies. I've distilled all that into practical sequences that anyone can learn and follow.

Nervous system regulation is natural and normal, but modern life sometimes fries our circuits. The way back is through gentle, consistent input (not more information).

My work centers on this, and this free course is the best place to start.
